We had ACT PLUMBING Out on multiple occasions and things would just get Band-Aided and issues would continue to happen less than seven days later. This last time when they came out and they spent 12 minutes on the outside of my house and didn’t even go in to check to see if everything was unclogged and I got home and everything was still clogged. I decided to reach out to JS repair. I was immediately given a day that they could come and told that they would take care of the issue. Less than a few hours later, I got a text from the technician, John Brown stating that he would stay over and come after five because he knew my work schedule after briefly speaking about the issues at the house. When he showed up, he immediately got to work on the issue and identified it within five minutes within the hour he took care of the main clogged issue. It was extremely kind courteous explained everything, and made sure that I knew what steps to take to prevent this from happening again. 10 out of 10 would recommend and I’ve given the necessity to reach out to JS again I’m certain I will.
