“Highly skilled, knowledgeable technicians. Might cost a bit more than some other places, but you often get what you pay for. Some places will charge less because they do less. Had a transmission "rebuilt" 20 years ago by a transmission shop. Cost $1,000.00 with a one year warranty. It burned up in 13 months. This is my 2nd transmission rebuild from Bishops. The first was performed 6 years ago and it's still running perfectly. 2 year warranty. I expect it will last far longer.”

“I am from out of town 3 hours away just got four brand new tires put on my vehicle was leaving Walmart and my CV axle broke on my 2004 Honda pilot , 3 guys helped push me into the gas station parking lot and not being from around here I didn't know the 1st place to go , that's when one of the guys saw Garrett who works at O'Reilly's at the gas pump and walked over and asked him if he knew of anybody that could replace my CV axle , he was so helpful he went back to O'Reilly's ordered me the part got me a card for boost Brothers called the guy for me and told him that I might be towing it to his shop with my AAA came back here delivered the message to me told me he ordered the part it would be in tomorrow morning , he went ABOVE and Beyond his Job !! People like Garrette and few and far inbetween !! He is nothing Short of An AMAZING human being !! And I can't thank you enough !!!! This guy deserves a raise and an Award !!”

“Not really sure what I think/feel. Called them looking for a Subaru part. I wasn’t sure what the part was called and the guy on the phone was very impatient and told me to send a text with the picture info and misc information about it. I did that as soon as possible as I had the picture. This was about 3-4 months ago. Haven’t heard from them yet. I ended up calling and getting my part from a place in Cloquet.However I wanted to give them a second chance. Called them up to junk out my vehicle. They had it towed the next day with no problems. Talked to Spencer. Friendly, helpful and patient with all my questions.”
