We called Dondelinger’s hoping the service department could squeeze us in. They said come right in and ask for Kevin. They brought our truck in immediately and began troubleshooting. They worked until they found the problem and got us back on the road. We were extremely appreciative of their hard work and willingness to help! BTW, the truck is running smoothly now!”
“I realized my brakes were squealing loud at 3pm today and I called Southside Tire, Jerry told me to drive up there to make sure it was safe to drive until Monday. He said he could squeeze my car in to get them replaced, I had my two kids with me so he had two people work on it and was done in an hour. They did amazing!”

Mike determined what was wrong and told me about a gearbox upgrade that was available to replace the worn out chain and sprocket, and was actually less expensive that replacing the existing setup. And just two hours later was back on the trailer heading home. Can't ask for better service than that!”

“The service and customer care I received was second to none. The guys were professional, friendly and polite, also very honest and they did not try to sell me extras, like air filter or wiper blades, (they were inspected). At no time did they try to force me to have unnecessary jobs carried out. The mechanic in the pit, noticed a wire harness slightly hanging and offered to secure it back in place. (Above and beyond Danny). The price was very fair. I can't say enough about this place.”
