“I specifically chose Wells Fargo because they also have branches in Southern California where my family lives. I was very hesitant because I've heard so many people complaining about WF in general. Now that I've had my account there for a year and a half, I am very happy with their service. Both in the branch and online/mobile features. I rarely have to wait in line, every teller is friendly, courteous and helpful.
