“It's an older hotel that could use a few little spiffer upperings but it's quiet, staff is amazing and it's pretty close to alot of things.
Definitely recommend”
“I've taken the Jefferson line before to come up from the twin cities to visit with my son a lot of fun I'm just waiting for a good friend of mine to come so I can take her to dinner and should be a fantastic evening have a good night and God bless”

“This hotel can be a bit of a mixed bag experience. Our rooms were clean and quite nice but there had been a ladybug infestation (not anyone's fault) that made one of our two rooms less than comfortable.The halls were freezing cold due to people entering and exiting and the pool area didn't appear to have the heat turned on. Bonus: that made the water in the pool feel super warm!The manager was very kind and apologetic about the couple of hiccups we experienced.”

“Very comfortable, well-taken-care-of, semi-upscale hotel. In the room was a microwave, fridge, coffee setup, glasses, ice bucket, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was a much more leveled-up version than you get at other hotels. Great pool area with a slide and a nice, very well-maintained hot tub. We did not get to try the restaurant. All in all, a great place to stay while in Grand Rapids.”
