I stayed at the IM Hotel across the parking lot (owned by the same management team) and headed across the lot for a late dinner after checking in. Coming in after the dinner rush, the dining room was still showing battle scars from the clearly busy dinner crowd, but the staff was friendly and accommodating. Menu was small, but offered enough variety. I opted for a caesar salad, adding chicken. Salad was delicious and clearly used all fresh ingredients. Being a party of one, rather than take up a table I sat at the bar. Bartender was very friendly and helped offered tips for things to do while I was in town. Would recommend!”

“Room was good, service in the morning really sucked. I seen the juice machine over flowing from people dumping there cups of water in the drain because the juice machine wasnt working properly. And the pancake batter was out about 9 am and apparently they cant do anything about the waffle batter. When it’s out it’s out. I kinda wish the breakfast guy would just stay on top of his job instead of just sitting in the back. Other then that everything was great.”

“Murphy Landing provides a variety of lake front and hillside accommodations that should satisfy a variety of desires for a clean, comfortable and scenic experience. Docking for boats as well as boat rental is available. Our family group has been returning for 35+ years which speaks to our level of satisfaction with the management, accommodations and services provided.”

“I've taken the Jefferson line before to come up from the twin cities to visit with my son a lot of fun I'm just waiting for a good friend of mine to come so I can take her to dinner and should be a fantastic evening have a good night and God bless”

“The rooms are cleaned, lots of
Parking, friendly and understanding staff/ owners. Great location by the lake and for being in town, it’s actually very peaceful. It’s a great place to stay!! reasonable prices and pet friendly. You won’t be disappointed!!!!”

“Even though it was being remodeled for a water leak it was just the floors. The room was nice, no weird smells or puddles of water anywhere, beds were clean and comfortable. The TV had options for YouTube and more, the bathroom was really nice too with different shower head settings. Even housekeeping didn't bother us unless we needed something before checkout.
The breakfast even though it was grab and go, was amazing. They had really good options(hard boiled eggs, donuts,muffins, yogurt,etc )and good brands(specifically the yogurt)not the cheap gross food I usually avoid at other hotels and they had hot coffee with plenty of creamer flavors. I will admit I was hesitant at first for booking this due the reviews but after staying there I don't believe any of those. If we have another tower site in this town we will definitely be coming back here to stay.”
