I had actually gone on the wrong day at the wrong time to my appointment as well, and they went above and beyond to accommodate. I had both my dog and one cat in the car with me to be groomed and they were willing to squeeze them both in despite my error regarding the day and time of my appointment. They are by far the most reasonable groomer in the Grand Rapids/Greenway area and one of the few who does cats. The only other groomer who will do cats in this area charges $100 dollars. This business charges less than half that amount and does an equally good job. It may be a drive out in the country to get to this groomer, but you are still getting a MUCH better deal, along with excellent service!

All we got charged is 60.00 two months ago he went else where and was charged 110.00 plus they lost his Record keeping Book and charged 10.00 cause he Pooped. So Puppy Love will get our business again!!!

I had absolutely zero worries while they were there. Communication was excellent. This is the place in Grand Rapids and tge surrounding area to board your dogs. All of my dogs were smiling ear to ear. Thank you so very much Itasca Dog Lodge! We will definitely be back!

I love working and sitting inside, and hanging outside with our family lunches at the outdoor seating areas. I'm sad to hear it's closed down for the time being, but look forward to using the space to work and connect with locals while I'm in town. I hope ya'll come back to coffee shop style sometime soon, if not, thanks for all the good stuff :)

So I'm giving 4 stars, with a foot note that the food I had wasn't anywhere near 4, yet alone 4.7 stars. I've only been here once and had the smash burger, so maybe the pizza is better, but my burger was way too salty and under cooked. The side salad was on the soggy, wilted side. Not impressed with the food at all.
