I had actually gone on the wrong day at the wrong time to my appointment as well, and they went above and beyond to accommodate. I had both my dog and one cat in the car with me to be groomed and they were willing to squeeze them both in despite my error regarding the day and time of my appointment. They are by far the most reasonable groomer in the Grand Rapids/Greenway area and one of the few who does cats. The only other groomer who will do cats in this area charges $100 dollars. This business charges less than half that amount and does an equally good job. It may be a drive out in the country to get to this groomer, but you are still getting a MUCH better deal, along with excellent service!

They have always been responsive, caring, kind and fun loving of both Abbey & Berklie(Yorkies). Our family and certainly myself are grateful for their care and work. We'll today I ordered a new item called Brie Wild. This is bar far one of the BEST sandwiches I have ever had. Im not sure what or how they do it, but this IS my go to from now on.
