I had actually gone on the wrong day at the wrong time to my appointment as well, and they went above and beyond to accommodate. I had both my dog and one cat in the car with me to be groomed and they were willing to squeeze them both in despite my error regarding the day and time of my appointment. They are by far the most reasonable groomer in the Grand Rapids/Greenway area and one of the few who does cats. The only other groomer who will do cats in this area charges $100 dollars. This business charges less than half that amount and does an equally good job. It may be a drive out in the country to get to this groomer, but you are still getting a MUCH better deal, along with excellent service!

I had absolutely zero worries while they were there. Communication was excellent. This is the place in Grand Rapids and tge surrounding area to board your dogs. All of my dogs were smiling ear to ear. Thank you so very much Itasca Dog Lodge! We will definitely be back!

320 SE 21st St Ste D, Grand RapidsEvery summer I visit my boyfriend and his family and this is our go to place for coffee, great food and cool atmosphere. I love working and sitting inside, and hanging outside with our family lunches at the outdoor seating areas. I'm sad to hear it's closed down for the time being, but look forward to using the space to work and connect with locals while I'm in town. I hope ya'll come back to coffee shop style sometime soon, if not, thanks for all the good stuff :)

I love that there are book club, music and other events for the community to enjoy, I love that there's games and a pit fire for kids and adults to enjoy whiel being outside. I love that there's sourdough bread treats that have been interesting to try. Food was delish and I love that there's gluten free options
