“This place is incredible. My daughter forgot her helmet for an out of town tournament. They were on the ice already and my husband scrambled to find a helmet. This place didn’t bat an eye and borrowed us a helmet for the weekend. We are so grateful for this help and amazing customer service. You wouldn’t find service like this in the cities and we’re so thankful for their help!!! They absolutely could have taken advantage of our misstep but they helped us out for no reason other than it was the right thing to do.”

“I live in Alaska and recently bought a pair of Baffin Eiger boots from Glen's. The price including shipping was infinitely better than any other online site. Shipping was excellent. It only took a week to arrive despite a severe snowstorm happening and President's day.
Customer service was excellent. My boots were brought to the USPS the afternoon I ordered them. We emailed/called several times.
