Nice cabin resort for the family ,they having fishing docks ,nice boat launch. A playground for the kiddos, three gas grill and the fire pit all in the middle. If you go to the main building they have puzzles and clothes that you can purchase. You fish on Women Lake or you can cross the street and fish on 1XL lake. Main fish is Blue Gill,Northern and Bass. They have a small swimming area. Small towns about 15 min away. It is private area not alot people around. Cabins have two bedroom one has full size other has two twins with loft that have 4 twin beds. Kitchen with fridge, microwave and stove. You do have to bring your own towels. Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Each cabin has there own charcoal grill. Wifi and internet connection not great.

Can't say a single thing bad. Cabins were great, activities to do on resort and close to the water. Resort owners joined us for fires each night and really made us feel welcome and like we were family. Excited to return next year and you need to look no where else if you want to stay on Womens Lake.

Minne-Teepee resort is a quiet and welcoming oasis. Our cabin was situated on IXL, the smaller of the two lakes the resort sits between. We woke up to a lake breeze, loons calling, and beauty all around us.The cabin itself was well appointed with 4 twin beds in the loft, a queen in one downstairs bedroom and two twins in the second. The walkout basement had a couch and a second table and chairs for socializing or games. Our family of 4 stayed mostly upstairs! One small bathroom had great water pressure, septic friendly toilet paper and hand soap provided. Be sure to bring bathroom towels, hand towels, and a kitchen towel for dishes (no dishwasher)! The kitchen was small, but had everything we needed to make the meals we had planned. The oven is a half size/dorm size. Gas and charcoal grills just outside. My favorite part of all was the giant porch for my morning coffee and book! It overlooks the lake and dock.We had our 19ft v drive boat on the woman lake side of the resort. The resort has a boat launch- depending on the weather/wind/length of the boat- public access launch 5 minutes away might be easier. My kids (6 and 8) raved about our 4 night stay. The resort is small enough to allow for some freedom and independence for kids to fish or explore. There’s a nightly campfire, kayaks for free use, and a small swimming beach on property. We already booked our return for next year. 10/10 for this small MN nice resort.

Looking for a relaxing week in northern MN? This is the location for you! The views are amazing, the cabins are modern, and the owners/staff are some of the best you'll find!

Great location with lovely views and charming cabins. Be aware that towels are not supplied. Kitchens are well supplied but bring your own hand towels and dish clothes. Hand soap and dish soap supplied (no dishwasher) Also there are no closets so space is at a premium. Decent kitchen and dining but living room is small and only one bath. Large loft upstairs with four twin beds upstairs. Nice beach and play area for kids. Check in is 4pm and checkout is 8am (we left a day early because if the early checkout) overall a nice vacation spot. Bring your own pillow and a couple blankets if the night are cool.

My friends and I traveled to Minne Teepee for a weeklong fishing trip. The cabins were thoroughly cleaned, beds comfortable and the cabin views of Woman Lake were outstanding. Gary and Linda were fantastic hosts. They made us feel like part of the family and showed us nothing but good old fashion Minnesota hospitality. The fishing was phenomenal and the wildlife was beautiful. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a quality family escape into the woods of Minnesota. If you’re an avid fisherman, this resort is the place to be. Five Stars!

The cabins are newer (~10 years), well appointed, well stocked, and set up well for many guests (7 beds in #4 for example) which is rare.
The location is on the southeast corner of the lake in Bunge Bay. You can fish nearby from the free, included boats (unless the wind howls from the north/NNE!).
Gary is a great host with 30+ years experience on THIS lake.
Having access to IXL Lake is a total bonus (bass fishing).
I can't wait to go back...probably mid September!
