“Honestly, this gym has completely changed my lifestyle, and I’m incredibly grateful I decided to walk through the doors one year ago on 7/13/2025.
I was planning to wait until my official one-year anniversary to leave a review, but with this year’s Member/Non-Member Summer Challenge starting on 7/13/2026, I wanted to share my experience beforehand.
If you’re thinking about joining, stop waiting. Sign up for the challenge, show up consistently, trust the process, and see what happens. You might surprise yourself.
I have more energy, I can keep up with my family, stairs don’t make me lose my breath, I can enjoy the outdoors more, I’m more confident, haven’t been getting random colds, and most importantly, I’m feel like a role-model for my children again.
What I love most about Fitaholic is that it takes the guesswork out of fitness. The workouts are programmed for you, the instructors are knowledgeable and motivating, and the community is supportive and welcoming. You can genuinely have fun while improving your health, fitness, and confidence.
The habits I’ve built here haven’t just changed me. They’ve influenced my entire family’s outlook on health and fitness.
When I started:
• 5’9”, 38-year-old male
• Weight: 202 lbs
• Skeletal Muscle Mass: 89.7 lbs
• Body Fat: 22.4%
• BMI: 29.8
One year and 215 classes later (4.25 classes per week average):
• Weight: 169 lbs (-33 lbs)
• Skeletal Muscle Mass: 88.2 lbs (-1.5 lbs)
• Body Fat: 9.5% (-12.9%)
• BMI: 25 (-4.9)
In total, I’ve lost 29.1 pounds of body fat while maintaining nearly all of my muscle mass.
These results didn’t come from being perfect. They came from being consistent. Over the past year, I completed two separate 12-week calorie-deficit phases, showed up regularly, and kept working the plan.

Most importantly, thank you to the Fitaholic community. You’ve made this journey fun and helped keep me accountable, even on the days I showed up grumpy and complaining about the workout ahead.
