They go out of their way to send a welcome card, and if you order meds, they throw a toy into the package sometimes. Everything is done in a timely matter as well. I've moved around a lot and had about 5 different vets, this place is easily the best one.”
“My dog was in severe pain due to glaucoma and ulcer in his eye and needed emergency surgery. They were able to get us in the next day when other places we called said they were booked out at least a couple weeks. We are so grateful they got him so fast knowing he was in so much pain. ❤️ amazing staff!”
“To put it simply, all the staff at the Rum River Vet Clinic care. They are some of the most compassionate, knowledgeable, and empathetic people we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Our cat, Sadie has a chronic illness and bad luck - something always seems to come up, but the veterinary team, are beyond helpful and supportive. Every aspect of our experiences at this clinic have been exceptional. The front desk staff are always warm and inviting, the vet techs are caring and competent. Dr. Angle and Dr. Kuebelbeck (the two veterinarians we’ve had the most contact with) are phenomenal! Not once have we felt rushed during a visit or when calling for advice. We always feel like our pet’s concerns are heard, validated, and addressed fully. The whole clinic team has repeatedly gone above and beyond to provide the highest quality care to us and our pet, Sadie. We are very lucky our community has this clinic! “Oak Grove Animal Hospital is a wonderful vet! I trust them 100% with my cat! She had some urinary issues pop up, and the emergency vet told us to follow up with a regular vet for further treatment. I called Monday morning, and they were able to get me in for a consultation an hour later. They found she would need surgery, and we were able to get that scheduled for Friday. They called to check on her several times after the surgery as well as being available to ease my mind about the healing process. So glad we decided to use this vet for all her care!”

“The staff at Blaine is fantastic. They not only care about your pet, they also care about you. Dr. Lamberth is an exceptional vet and is completely honest about what she can or can not do . Unlike a lot of veterinarians she only recommends the treatments that your pet needs.”
“I love the staff, the facility and even the clients are amazing. My dog and I feel safe when coming for the appointment. They have very knowledgeable medical and administrative staff. From the time I set up my appointment to the present, I feel that not only my pets health is taken care of, they make sure I know up front the costs and what, if anything, will be needed going forward. My elderly dog is on prescription dog food and was VERY expensive. This clinic has not only provided a cost break, but I now also get it delivered to my home. This place is amazing!!!”

“I cannot thank Dr. Carlos Gandara enough for the care we received regarding our 7 month old golden doodle tonight. He sacrificed his Friday night, after hours, to complete an urgent surgery to remove a foreign body from her stomach when he could’ve just sent us to an emergency animal hospital. And, it was the Friday night before the Christmas. That’s huge! We cannot thank him enough. He is so good at what he does and saved us so much money! Highly recommend him at a veterinarian. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!”
“It's a useful "in case of emergency" Vet to go to, however, they try to oversell you on many things. There was also some miscommunication that they fixed that almost charged me an extra $400 but they retracted that charge. It's expensive but a friendly place to go.”
