“In a series of unfortunate events my car battery died and I had to leave my vehicle parked in the front of the store for over 24 hours and the staff did not call a tow truck and were incredibly helpful and kind which is amazing- It could have easily gone a different way and been very sad time for me (and my Ford escape Bruce) both financially and in spirit, bless y'all thank you!!!!”

“I came in this morning wanting to buy coffee for my crew. Linda was looked to be busy and occupied, but when I approached her to ask her about if KwikTrip had canteens for a large order of coffee, she was more than happy to answer. Not only that, she took it upon herself to get it all prepped and ready for me. She and many other wonderful KwikTrip employees are the reason why I continue to come to KwikTrip. “I stopped by this Speedway this past Tuesday morning and was not only greeted by one cheerful employee, but three!! It was unexpected and such a rare thing these days I felt compelled to write this review! I typically go to Holiday but the gas price for some reason was about $0.30 cheaper so I swung in here instead. I like to get a big gulp wherever I am and theirs was SO good with perfect carbonation. I am now going to go here every single time, but mostly due to the superior customer service!!!”

“I've been going to this location for almost my whole life, I love how friendly and cheerful the staff is. I would give 5 stars... But I witnessed something yesterday at 9am.. One of my favorite workers, who has been SO sweet, happy and helpful every time I've been in, was treated so rudely and unacceptable. I thought for a second it was a customer and I was going to intervene, until she turned around and I realized she was an employee, A SHIFT LEAD. How rude for a shift lead to treat another employee like that. She did nothing wrong, I heard the whole conversation. There is no need for you to be so rude, shame on you. I hope this reaches a manager.”

The on line scheduling process was easy, there were same day appointments available and the pharmacist who administered the shot was friendly, professional and had great technique. Neither of us had a sore arm, and that has never happened! Job well done!!”

“The gas is cheaper here, of course, than in the cities. The only issue is that recently multiple pumps have been out of service. Other than that it is great, with a well stocked store and a convenient attached car wash (actually functional and effective, which for some reason is not always the case with gas stations).”
