“The new owner of Back Yard has made this place something I thought it could never be. This place feel like home, Driving in to downtown Saint Michael, It is the most convenient liquor store in town. This place is so easy to get in out of and he always got everything stocked that you need and if he doesn’t have it, he goes out of his way to make sure he gets in for you. So the next time I would stop more then 99.9% it’s on the shelf. He takes are order very seriously and make sure every time I stop I come out of his store feeling satisfied, and ready to enjoy a cold refreshing beer or a drink. Thanks Back Yard Liquor for all you do and big thanks to Craig for remodeling this place and giving this place a much needed boost. If you havent been in here yet you should come see for your self why I only buy my beer and liquor here. Happy Anniversary Back Yard Liquor”

“On the way up north and dropped in to see how this place is while traffic was bad. Workers are all very nice and drinks were good. Place was nothing special, but it's an easy on and off the interstate to grab some bar food and popcorn.”

“This liquor store takes their beer selection seriously. I can't say for sure who's to credit for this fine local business, but my gut tells me a younger employee who's worked at Harvest since we moved to the area might have a hand in the beer inventory. C. knows his beer and takes pride in researching what-is-what in flavors, brewing processes, and background knowledge on booze history, and as of late, insight on select vineyards and relevant characteristics.I like supporting this local business and hope to see it continue going strong. I also hope the choice in beer selection continues. Some constructive feedback would be perhaps a greater variety in quality value-priced liquors particularly bourbon and rum. “This is easily the best place to buy bourbon, at the minimum, in the St. Michael area!! Wonderful "Managers Specials" that have allowed me to try some bourbons, I wouldn't have otherwise tried because of the price! Sometimes I have found them to $20 off, on items I have seldom even seen on sale at other liquor stores.”

I walked in the door to what I thought would be like finding a needle in a haystack (not knowing the name of the wine but trying to explain it to someone who could help me).
