Jake was terrible didn’t know how to return an accessory tried to lie saying it was because of a trade in. Crazy to me this store has employees that can’t do simple tasks like doing returns on an accessory or he just doesn’t want it to hurt their sales numbers. If you want a good experience do not go to this store or any third party retailer for t-mobile.

Skip this store and make the drive to cottage grove. Employee was rude and lied to us about our family plan lines being maxed out an attempt to sell us an additional plan. He told my mother that the cheapest plan for her would be $90 a month when she is clearly eligible for T-mobiles 55 plus plan. He was extremely condescending when we questioned him. Anyway called 611 from the parking lot they added a line to our family plan and went to cottage store to pick up the new phone.

Went into upgrade 5-year-old Samsung Note 9. Salesman Jose Guzman was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Much different than many experiences I've had in the past with cell phone retailers. Would definitely recommend this New Richmond T-Mobile store

I stopped Hastings T Mobile today to get information on a new iPhone and pricing. The representative could not answer most of my questions. He continuously went into the back room at least 7 times to ask someone else. Several of the answers he provided were not accurate or incomplete. He seemed like he could have been medicated or high.

Came in to replace/upgrade my phone. Staff was knowledgeable of the process and made it quick and easy. There were a surprising number of people that came in, and the staff managed to keep my process going while assisting other people. The invoice was clear, and matched all the online deals that I was expecting.

I'm pretty sure I was just on a hidden camera show at this Tmobil. I came in to open a new line and buy a new device but couldn't talk the sales person into it. I'm not kidding he wouldn't actually tell me how much the device or service was and just guessed wide ranges. I asked to open the plan and order the device but was told to call back on Monday when they might have the device in. I was standing in front of him in the store mind you. Repeated himself mumbling to himself a few times and told me about other things that had nothing to do with my query. He was either blitz out of his mind or had brain damage (not funny). I'm driving out of the town I live in to hopefully find a different experience at another location. I still can't figure out what just happened. I look forward to going viral in the forthcoming YouTube footage.

I pay 50.00 at metro pcs and t-mobile wanted to charge me 70.00 for the same service and it makes a person say Humm.

If I could give less than a 1 star I would. We went to tmobile in hastings at 10 a.m. and we were there till almost 130 trying to get 4 of our lines transferred over. Little did we know this would end up being an 11 hour ordeal. They eventually told us to call customer service. Which we did and spent over 5 hours on the phone with them then and i got someone and ordered 4 phones and she seemed to compensate us and be understanding with what we went through then we were out to dinner with our son for his bday and got a message our phones were deactivated after all the hours we spent dealing with this and multiple supervisors we dealt with. Called back to customer service and was told they couldn't do a thing about it. Now we are left without phones or service. I would never go to this company if I knew it would take longer to get new lines than a house and car put together. We also contacted the store again and they told us it wasn't their problem and we need to contact customer service which we already spent hours on the line with. Seriously tmobile Maybe cheaper in service but if you add all the time we spent dealing with this, I could've stayed with who we were with and not had a headache and no one with this company will help usMy husband is a fire fighter and needs his phone so this is a huge hassle for us as he needs a phone for his work

Kai that helped us get onto a new phone plan was amazing! We got new phones all set up and transferred too. He was so knowledgeable and gladly explained any questions we had.
