I have been going to Alex repair for the last 15 years. Never a problem. My stuff is Onkyo receiver/ tuner/turntable from 1977. Alex brought it all back to life like it was when I bought it in 1977 from Bates. My model 8 speakers need attention but that is another story.

I had a very disappointing experience with ROBERT
at Techcenter. He scheduled an appointment but tried to cancel last minute without ever calling or texting me. I called the number they gave his never at his desk and there is no way to contact him. When I finally got hold him he insisted he called but it’s lie. When I asked for proof of any communication, he couldn’t provide any and instead responded in a rude and immature manner, repeatedly sending unprofessional messages. If you’re running a business, it’s important to communicate clearly and respect other people's time. I suggest seeking proper training in customer service before continuing to operate, as this kind of behavior is completely unacceptable.

Tech Center is amazing. I don’t believe the negative reviews as mine was very positive. Kevin is an expert with TV repair. Our Samsung is better than new now. He is so thorough and even taught me a few things on how it operates. The guys at the shop were always courteous and assured me that everything would be ok. I highly recommend them and will use them again if ever needed as now days these electronics are so complicated.

Owner is very unprofessional. Doesn’t give good customer service on answering questions regarding what needed to be answered. He used profanity and acted like a teenager when handling a stressful situation for us regarding our Samsung appliance. If you cannot act professional. Go work under another company and maybe they can give you the proper training on service. Please don’t be surprised if you run across rude service from the OWNER. From other reviews and myself… we warned you.

Kevin is highly knowledgeable, and he did a great job handling our suddenly kaput Samsung Frame TV with in-home service (out-of-warranty repair at a reasonable cost). When the repair couldn't be completed on-site, he brought it back to the shop and drove it out to me, fixed, the following week. All in all, great service!
TechCenter covers the full Twin Cities metro area (and a good deal further) for Samsung Care – as far south as Northfield or as far west as St Cloud.

Kevin came out to fix our Samsung TV that was under warranty. Nice guy and knowledgeable. Was in and out in 30 minutes and now we have a working TV.

Kevin was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Helped me diagnose and fix my tv in a quick timeline. Very happy with their help and would recommend to others.

I had an issue with my Samsung TV not detecting any nearby WIFI signals. I called Samsung and after all the things we could try on my end to fix it, they determined it was best to have a technician come to my house to take a look at it. TechCenter came to my house a couple days later and diagnosed the problem right away. They had the part with them and replaced it. Now it works! After they replaced the part, they explained different features of the TV that were not related to the WI-FI issue but they were things I didn’t know and taught me more about my TV! The service was excellent and would recommend them with any issue you are having.

I had a great experience with them, I accidentally gave them the wrong phone number initially and realized a week later after wondering why they had not contacted me yet. I called them today around 9am this morning and they had someone up here at 2pm, fixed my TV in ~20-30 minutes. He knew exactly what he was doing and explained everything I needed to know about the TV. I would recommend them for sure!

This company was very knowledgeable. I had a warranty claim on my Samsung TV and the whole process was very smooth from the person at the shop to the technician that came out. Kevin, the tech, had my tv up and working like new in no time. He even gave me a tutorial on things that will be very helpful. Thanks a bunch!

Was referred here by Samsung.Before coming out they helped me diagnose, what was wrong with my dryer and identified that it was likely not cost-effective to fix the unit. Appreciate the candor, and the step-by-step assistance in determining what was going on with my dryer.

Costco coordinated an appointment to have Tech Center come out and it was a great experience. Super nice staff, both from the person who scheduled the appointment with me on the phone and the guy that actually fixed my TV. Took time to have me explain what I thought the problem was and began his diagnosis. I would recommend these guys to anyone with Samsung appliances

I was a little nervous based on reviews, but the service was exceptional. The technician was great. Not only completed the work quickly, but stayed for almost an hour and ran through all of the settings on the TV and provided recommendations and advice. Showed us the Samsung TV app which we now use. Highly recommend
