“The U-Haul is located inside Stephen's self-storage. I received a call the day before by the owner to ensure I was comfortable completing the self check in. When I ran into trouble during the check in the next morning, I was able to reach the owner at their other location. Customer service was great! Kudos to Stephen's self-storage for making the experience easier. I'll be returning from them again!”
