It's not always a matter of knowing the answer to every question, but showing the curiosity where to find it. It makes all the difference in the world. “Walmart offers very competitive prices, usually a lot of merchandise in stock. Staff is not always friendly, but at self checkout managers are very helpful. Recently the store started to look a little bit dirty at the entrances. Rest assured you could get a lot of merchandise in one place rather than making a few trips to the different stores. This convenience makes a great difference for people with busy schedules.”

“I just left the Hermantown Menards and had to take a moment to rave about the incredible service I received! I came in feeling totally overwhelmed—I’ve never tackled any kind of home project on my own before. We were picking up a remnant countertop and a tile kit for my bathroom, and I truly had NO idea what I was doing.
Thankfully, Haley in the paint department and Caleb in the countertop section were absolute lifesavers. Haley was so kind and patient, and Caleb went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t walk out with the wrong materials. Without his help, I would’ve been completely lost!
To top it all off, two amazing young men helped us load the countertop into our van, and they did it with such care and friendliness.
