I've been working with SAM at Arrowhead Location. He is THE Best and is so easy to work with and willing to listen which is so important in customer service. I only deal with him by either calling him at the office and ask for him directly or show up during his hours at office. He's awesome. Good hire.

Great customer service! Both the reps answering the phones and Sam who is on location at arrowhead are very friendly and helpful. The storage unit was easy to drive up to with our truck and we were easily able to rent a second one once we realized we needed more space.
