Service was fast and friendly. The truck was clean and ready when they said it would be. My complaint is the extra fees. I reserved a pick up truck for a few hours in town for $19.95. I knew there would be some extra fees but the total was over $80. Be ready for that

When I went to pick up my U-boxes from storage they were not ready due to a miscommunication. However, the employees there bent over backwards to accommodate me and they had my boxes retrieved and ready within an hour. They were friendly and very helpful. Thank you!
