“We purchased a Purple bed in 2021. With the 10 year warranty, a replacement mattress was needed. The process was seemless, quick and we were kept advised of all steps in the process. Not only is this bed comfortable, it has allowed me to have a wonderful nights sleep. “Easy return; very helpful staff at desk. When drive up was shut down due to cold, pick up orders were handled as quickly as possible at same desk. The wait time was about 5-7 minutes, so not too bad considering the line. Target is our preferred store and we are always happy with service there.”
