“My absolute favorite gas station and convenience store for over 2 decades. Management is consistently very dedicated and customer service oriented. Their chicken wings are delicious (at least for me). In case of emergency you can find everything you need quickly. Their reward system is the most competitive amongst other gas station/convenience stores. Clean place, great people. Love it with all my heart!”

“Recently I was in Duluth for a family member that was in the hospital. I was staying near by and was gassing up to go home (a lot on my mind). After filling my tank I realized that I had lock not only my keys in the car but my cellphone as well.I went inside and one of the first people I met was Ryan. This young man did everything he could for me. My original request was for a hanger that I might pop my lock. No hanger but then Ryan suggested AAA...Why do we forget this service when we have it (duh). With my cellphone locked in the car Ryan handed me his after dialing in the number. AAA said they would be about an hour after which Ryan kept me informed of the case and their arrival from his phone as he went about his duties.I was made very welcome during my wait and always asked if I needed anything.Once the truck arrived and I got my truck unlocked I thanked the staff and Ryan especially for being so kind and thoughtful.I travel from Milwaukee to International Falls quite often and usually stop at Kwik Trips but will be going out of my way to stop at this one, Kwik Trip #572, in the future.Thank you Ryan and I hope your manager has a good word with you. You were extremely helpful, thoughtful and concerned when I had my problem. There should be more people like you in the world.”

“Yesterday we stopped at Kwik Trip and well let’s just say I had a bad day. The cashier asked if I was okay and the other said you look like you need a hundred hugs ? I told them I was okay just having a bad day. the lovely lady did come around and asked to give me a hug ❤️ I would just like to thank both of them for being so nice ???”
