“Have used the folks at US Bank for over a decade now, and have handled a couple mortgages and my personal and business banking accounts there. I've always had excellent customer service from them. Lately, during the Covid restrictions, doing my banking in the drive through has been an inconvenience with only one teller operating at peak hours (lunch break), leading to long lines and wait times. I've often spent half my lunch break trying to make a deposit. They've also adjusted their hours so that they close early and are closed during another hour during the day - makes it challenging for folks that work during business hours. Adding an additional teller to the drive through at peak times would be a major plus!”

Wanna give a huge shout out to Isabel and Taylor as well due to them spending the extra time to make sure the issues I was having with my card and my new card were working properly. These two always seem to have friendly and smiling faces that are a pleasure to talk to and joke with.”
