Packages were not delivered despite forwarding info.on file with the PO. PO staff indicates the sender requested they be returned although the seller clearly indicated rhey were not returnable. The PO is also charging me for the second delivery when i already paid this charge at the time i ordered the items.

Unacceptable!
Came home to my mailbox being over stuffed to me this is unacceptable especially since I have a lower section where you could put other packages and make sure the mailbox is closed properly do better !!

The mail guy to who delivers to Kelly lake seem to think it's okay to not deliver packages even if it's under his weight limit I should not have to wait til Monday when he doesn't even deliver 90% of the time til 2pm and only delivers what will fit in the mail box. This is straight ridiculous, when he won't try to redeliver because if he has to get out of his car he won't deliver unless it fits in the mail box.

You guys are a joke and I’ve been trying to get my packages delivered, but you keep on writing these messages saying we can’t deliver because it’s all security thing. I don’t care knock on my door fix your dang policies.

Every single time I've ordered anything they mark it as a delivery attempt but don't knock or anything. They just leave notices. What's the point of driving around if you don't even attempt to deliver the packages? I stayed home all day waiting for you to mark it as "over sized/full" all you had to do was buzz the door to the complex and would have met you down there. I work most days and can't go pick up my packages during the postal hours..

Horrible customer service. I have received my neighbors mail in the past and have yet to get mail that is said on informed delivery to supposed to have been here 3 days ago. I will have to reorder my card and hope that this time its put in the right mailbox. The so called supervisor said it says 3/5 business days which it does not! Lazy horrible staff!

The awesome staff at this location helped me out with a mailbox lockout in a matter of hours, absolutely amazing turn around time. Couldn’t possibly be happier or more satisfied with my experience here, THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH!

Our Hibbing postal office is nothing but a joke, majority of the employees are VERY rude, don’t do their job correctly, & complain about every little thing! I heard them whining as soon as I walked in one day, that being said I’ll Forsure make sure to use the USPS as least as possible. Hopefully they don’t last long & we have a private entity take over this poorly ran excuse for a “postal office”

Service was timely, but the woman working the counter was surprisingly rude when I asked her a shipping question- it was pretty disappointing.
