“Appliances are good and people are friendly but a DOA dryer took a while to repair and I’m multiple calls in trying to get money refunded from installation parts which were not needed and returned. It’s been over a month. Perhaps a 4 star when $ is refunded. The final refund came in! The first round didn’t include all of it. I’ve bumped this to 4 stars. Thx.”

“Nice, classy showroom floor. More variety than expected. Small area for kids to play while while parents browse. Went with my husband, who was shopping for a new stove. The gentleman offering to help me was friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, the gentleman helping my husband was less so. Despite being willing to pay for delivery, we were told that we were out of range (at 45 miles), so we wound up not purchasing anything.”

I had 2 very small dents in my stove and refrigerator.
The delivery team notified me immediately if the dents.
I was given a 10 % discount on both appliances with any problems.

“Great experience! My plumber asked me to check this place out to find a sink. No idea what I was walking in to... the gallery is beautiful (not at all what I was expecting). Hundreds of options for everything... sinks, faucets, hardware, tubs, toilets, shower accessories. Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. Reasonable prices too.”

“I have a love/hate thing going on with this Home Depot. This has been my main Home Depot shopping location since 1999--15 years. I have a lot of experience at this place. So my credentials are good. I like the fact that this store is never super busy. So it's easy to get in & out. I also know where almost everything is located. Don't make any Special Orders or get any At Home Services unless you want to get screwed up and screwed over. It's also frequently hard to find someone for customer service. And when you DO find them, they don't know anything. On the other hand, there are a few employees who have been here for over 10 years and that are SUPER knowledgeable. I always try to find these people when I have a question. Of course, these are normal people that take breaks and that have days off--so I can't always find them when I really need them. Overall...good with limitations. Come here for what they do best: Buy what's on the shelves, and don't ask any questions or place any orders unless you want headaches. -Daddy Maxx Retro”

The gentleman behind the counter new exactly what kind of old faucet I had as soon as he saw the stem. Produced a replacement in a matter of minutes, I left I with exactly what I needed even though I didn't know what kind of faucet I had to begin with. Now I know where to go in fifty years when the faucet fails again.”

“This Home Depot isn’t opened long enough. Since I leave work at 9pm and this store closes at nine, I have to go a little farther to Fridley every day to buy work materials. I work virtually all day every day. Just wish they pushed opened an extra hour later. Very clean store compared to other Home Depot’s.”
