“In a word, "EASY". Friendly, knowledgeable, and they make bringing your computer back to life an easy process. I put my faith in them on more than one occasion and I have never been disappointed. The owner, Justin, he doesn't spend him a lot of time trying to upsell or waste your time with things you don't need. He focuses on what you do need which is to get your computer working. It's always been a good experience.”
“Microcenter's service and expertise is second to none. You could walk into their store knowing nothing about computers and walk out with the know-how and parts to build your own computer from scratch.The only thing I don't like about them is that they offer specific quality products, but not necessarily the most affordable options. That said, they do that to give their customers only the best products and the best experience possible.Edit: 2024I just built a custom gaming PC 100% at Microcenter. It was a great experience. That said, I had some anoying crashes after a couple months and had to have the computer diagnosed. They charged me $40 for it, which bummed me out, but it turned out to be an outdated bios/windows issue. They gave me a detailed report showing all my components were still good.”

“The first time I came here the worker accidentally checked me in wrong so I was waiting for quite a while. Thankfully one of the other workers noticed and started to help me right away. When I normally would have been frustrated they were all so kind and were great the rest of my visit.
Most recently I needed to go back to have my phone looked at again. Jason was absolutely amazing! He helped explain the whole process and what he was doing and answering any questions I had. I needed to back up my phone and decided to sit and wait. While I waited for the backup to finish he went to help other guests, checking in with me between each one to see where it was at and to see if I was doing okay. When he was busy with another guest he asked Christian to finish getting my phone set up. He was great and also helped me with any questions I had and checked in with me as I waited for everything to load.

While I have had to deal with aggressive collections calls from Tiffany, blocking her number has helped alleviate the issue( lol)Overall, I give this location a rating of 5 stars.”
