“The first time I came here the worker accidentally checked me in wrong so I was waiting for quite a while. Thankfully one of the other workers noticed and started to help me right away. When I normally would have been frustrated they were all so kind and were great the rest of my visit.
Most recently I needed to go back to have my phone looked at again. Jason was absolutely amazing! He helped explain the whole process and what he was doing and answering any questions I had. I needed to back up my phone and decided to sit and wait. While I waited for the backup to finish he went to help other guests, checking in with me between each one to see where it was at and to see if I was doing okay. When he was busy with another guest he asked Christian to finish getting my phone set up. He was great and also helped me with any questions I had and checked in with me as I waited for everything to load.
Everyone I have talked to here as been very helpful and kind!

The owner, Justin, he doesn't spend him a lot of time trying to upsell or waste your time with things you don't need. He focuses on what you do need which is to get your computer working. It's always been a good experience.”

“The Maplewood store is really great. I had a problem with an ink cartridge that was defective when I went to use it. The manager was very cooperative when I explained and showed him the issue on the casing. I have gone to this store for years and made many purchases. The staff has always been very professional and courteous. It is always very neat and clean.”

“I drove an hour to this location just for a lense for my Canon r50. Specifically a 100-400 mm f5.6-8. John was immediately available and assisted me in my purchase. He was very knowledgeable about the products he was selling and you could tell right away that he absolutely LOVES photography. I will come back to this store for my camera gear.
