“I purchased a new phone from Verizon and had a number of difficulties transferring the data from the old phone to the new phone. I went to this Verizon store for help. Due to the tech difficulties I was experiencing, I did not make an Apple genus appointment. The employee who greeted me, Gabe, was extremely helpful. He scheduled with me with their tech support and while I waited for my appointment slot, he helped to troubleshoot the transfer issue. Ultimately, Gabe was able to resolve the issue before my appointment time started.”
“My desktop died unexpectedly and thankfully Josh was able to look at it the same day. When was determined cheaper to get a new one, he patiently answered ALL my questions! As a non-tech person I had many! He moved me into a refurnished desktop almost identical to what I had and I was up and running again within 2 days. Very friendly, amazing service with reasonable prices! Highly recommend.”
“My UMN college student needed help with a minor computer repair. I found Greg online and sent her over. She was prepared for a lengthy repair in shop and was relieved he found the problem quickly and she was able to head back to school. Greg was efficient and honest with her. Manager at White Bear Lake, MN store went out of his way to find one that perfectly fit my needs when he found that my original request was no longer available. He then assisted me to get it to my car and into my trunk. I am 90 years young!”

They have great in store sales also 15% back to school 30% off video games on Friday and 50% off audio on Wednesday. Go check them out there is not telling what great item you will find.”
“In my personal opinion The one star reviews are from impatient and petty people. My real name is Alejandra Thatcher and I would like to say how amazing and helpful the staff at this location is. Depending on their position in the store I'm sure they have different knowledge. However they have been nothing but kind to me the times I've gone in. Amazing work refurbishing the laptops and computes. Amazing customer service skills. Kind and dedicated staff. I bought a laptop on sale for 25$ this is what I'm writing the review on. It works great and has awesome features and let me say a Dell for 25 dollars let alone 50 for this quality is HARD to come by. I'm so proud of them they're are so many people that come in when they're open its crazy and some people are beyond rude and they still don't lose their minds lol. I ADORE this establishment and all the staff I have had the honor of meeting here. Thank you PCs for people for you patience, for celebrating my favorite holiday EARTH DAY, for the laptop, and for the free reusable tote bag and earth shaped stress ball. I needed to know people still cared about customer service and the Earth and you guys remind me that a lot. Thank you,
