“I recently visited the store to set up an Apple Watch for my daughter after experiencing difficulties with customer service over the phone. Yessi and Luis worked together to resolve the issue efficiently and had the device up and running in a timely manner. I sincerely appreciated their patience, professionalism, and dedication, especially given how busy the store was with other customers in need of assistance. They were even able to save me some money! Thanks to their excellent service, I left with a very positive impression and am happy to continue as a T-Mobile customer.”

“Got setup, he did his job. The manager? Worker was a bit cranky, impatient. We'll probably check out a different location. Lost our phone numbers in the process. Some of it was because the online service was so terrible. I had been set up online. They didn't have a record of it. They were supposed to send SIM cards. I still have reception issues in my house.”

“Fantastic experience. Visiting from Alaska for a sports tournament and my son needed to get a new phone. Debated on ordering and shipping to the hotel or going to a retailer. I'm so glad we opted for a retailer. Directions were on point. It's street parking and we were lucky to get a spot right out front. The store is a nice & big space. Fan/AC was on - inside was very cool on the hot & smoky day. Nice selection of phones and accessories. Gabrielle was super helpful and knowledgeable. She explained the differences in the phones and showed us case/screen protector options. After deciding on the phone and case/protector, she installed and set it all up We were in/out in less than 30 minutes. Everyone working was friendly. This was the best and quickest Cricket visit that I've had and I've been with them for about 10 years...better than my home state experiences. If I lived here, this would be my go-to spot. Thank you, Ladies for taking care of us!”

“I can’t say enough great things about my 5 years of experience with Mobile Radio. When I owned my school bus company, they handled all of our CB radio installations and ongoing support, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. The installation work was always done professionally, and their technicians were not only skilled but also friendly and easy to work with. The ongoing support we received was reliable and they have genuine commitment to keeping our fleet communication running smoothly. A special thanks to Jeff White, my Sales Representative, he was fantastic to work with! Jeff was knowledgeable, responsive, and always went above and beyond to make sure we had exactly what we needed.”
