“Nad is the absolute best service associate I've ever dealt with in 30yrs of having cell phone service. My zfold 6 was hacked from using a guest wifi at lifetime fitness. Do not use shared guest wifi !!! 2 new phones and plans ordered on my account being sent to Florida. Never thought I'd be scammed. Nad told me I wasn't alone and around the 10th customer he's helped the past few weeks from the same scammer's tactics. He took took my problem from there. This guy knows how to help people in more ways I'm sure than just fixing phone issues. Very professional. He was helping tech service do their job and even though he could barely understand the language barrier, he walked them through the process. Fast, efficient and articulate! “I’ve come here for years. Today, was helped by Cameron Leahy to resolve a major fraud issue on my account. Was told he couldn’t actually fix it since it didn’t happen at that location but he could help facilitate getting the process started. Explained how the scammers were able to bypass my account security, showed me step by step how they wormed their way through to get two new phones under my name as well as reset my pin, and assisted me with the Verizon Fraud Dept. None of which he had to do as it didn’t involve them as a private retail seller. Very impressed and highly grateful.”

Visiting from Alaska for a sports tournament and my son needed to get a new phone. Debated on ordering and shipping to the hotel or going to a retailer. I'm so glad we opted for a retailer.
Directions were on point. It's street parking and we were lucky to get a spot right out front.
The store is a nice & big space. Fan/AC was on - inside was very cool on the hot & smoky day.

Gabrielle was super helpful and knowledgeable. She explained the differences in the phones and showed us case/screen protector options. After deciding on the phone and case/protector, she installed and set it all up
We were in/out in less than 30 minutes. Everyone working was friendly.
This was the best and quickest Cricket visit that I've had and I've been with them for about 10 years...better than my home state experiences.
If I lived here, this would be my go-to spot.

I was very leary to go to this Cricket location because the last time I had stopped in to have a question answered the last man working there was so rude to me I didn't want to go back into this store!! “It was time to get a new phone a couple weeks ago. I was dreading it because it always takes me forever to figure everything out. But, boy did I get lucky. Jordyn helped me pick out a new phone and he made sure that all my information transferred over. He was SO patient, kind and knowledgeable, it made my purchase/experience so very pleasant.
When I went in a couple days later because my talk to text wasn't activated, I had Anne help me. Anne was very kind, polite and she made sure to get it working for me.
I have been a Cricket customer for a long time. My cell phone service has always been good, the price is right and the customer service is EXCELLENT. If you are looking for a new carrier or a new phone, I would HIGHLY recommend the Blaine location off of HWY 10.
