“We recently had a large sheetrock delivery to our home as we are in the process of finishing our basement. The 4 employees who came to complete the delivery were all friendly, professional, and did their best to minimize any damage to our home. Our layout required them to bring many carts in through our living area, back them into a bathroom, and then slide down a ramp they made into our basement. Even with an audience of our children excitedly watching, they did a great job and were engaging with the kids.
The only unfortunate event was that their new truck sprung a hydraulic leak all over our driveway. They did their best to clean it up afterwards and let us know to contact the company if were weren't satisfied once we cleaned up the material they left down to soak it up. The stain was fairly large and unfortunately would not come up. After sending the company a photo and the quote to reseal our driveway to cover the spill, they offered to reimburse us for the cost of the work after it is completed. This is fantastic customer service!

“I did an online sale of a new water heater from the Plymouth Minnesota store. The water heater was ready for us when we arrived. A young gentleman named Michael brought our water heater out. He was so helpful loading the water heater. We had to remove the grandson's car seat and he even helped us get that removed. Thank you Michael for your great service!”

We ordered the white baroque balusters from Deckorators and they arrived quickly and in good condition. The owner responded to our e-mailed questions promptly. I would buy from this company again.
