“A truly amazing decking supply retailer. Dale took the time to fully understand my front porch stair railing project and helped me understand exactly what I needed to get the job done the right way. Specifically, I thought I needed to buy an entirely different railing system when in fact all I needed were the swivel brackets to accommodate the uncommon low pitch (degree) angle of my front steps. Pro Deck Supply lost a few bucks as a result of Dale's honesty -- he could have simply allowed my order for unnecessary stuff go through. Instead he made me aware of a better and less costly solution, but he guaranteed our return business when we replace our back stoop with an elaborate deck. The Golden Rule. Today's ray of hope. “I did an online sale of a new water heater from the Plymouth Minnesota store. The water heater was ready for us when we arrived. A young gentleman named Michael brought our water heater out. He was so helpful loading the water heater. We had to remove the grandson's car seat and he even helped us get that removed. Thank you Michael for your great service!”

“This was the only vendor I could find that had DC low voltage LED post cap lights with replaceable bulbs. I ordered two different fixtures to see which would work best. They do allow returns for up to one year but I did have to pay the return postage. After placing the order for the additional fixtures I was notified that there would be three month delay due to back orders. As it turned out it was only about one month before the order was shipped. The fixtures are solid cast aluminum with powder coating. The bulbs are readily available in multiple wattages and color. All in all I'm very satisfied with the product and service from DecksDirect.”
