There was a really nice Associate named Vino that helped me correct the obituary that I needed to print off. She was very Kind, Helpful and Patient . I look forward to visiting this particular location again because of the wonderful customer service that I received from Vino.”
“I can count on consistent delivery of my packages, usually 1,100 miles away to family. When I go into the UPS Store near me I’m walking into a friendly where I know I’ll get excellent services and always with a smile from the Clerks. They have helped me any times to select the best box size or fasten a package I’m shipping.
Tracking is wonderful. The Choice tracking lets me know when to call my family members and friends to check that my items shipped arrived and are in perfect condition. The same is true when I shop online and ship direct.

“This branch of the UPS store has friendly, helpful employees. They are friendly and welcoming. My packages arrive to their destinations on time. Most importantly, they are well staffed and organized!! Even when there is a line, it moves rapidly. Note: I use this UPS store very frequently! It is my #1 choice because I love the welcome, helpfulness, and efficiency which sadly, I do not get at other locations. As a Black person, to be welcomed and treated well is a huge plus!”

“the people that work here are genuinely helpful, i came in once with a super confusing verizon return and didn't have the paperwork i was supposed to have and the person working that day found a workaround within 5 minutes. i also just went in to get a passport photo taken and after they told me they didn't do digital copies the guy offered to just take the picture on my phone free of charge (should've gotten your name, i appreciate you!)”
“Excellent location. It's well stocked. Moreover, the staff are very kind and helpful. I selected a box from the store portion that I thought would fit my needs. I didn't realize it came with extra packaging (and, as a result, cost 10 dollars). I brought this up to checkout and a very kind staffer pointed that out and offered a significantly cheaper option by first asking me if I needed all the padding.

“I come here often for my workplace and the staff here are always so beyond helpful. They openly communicate about what’s most cost effective (FedEx packaging versus personal packaging) and are just each to chitchat with. They work fast. Greet clients as they come in.. honestly a great place. I can’t believe there are reviews that are less than 5! Thanks, staff, for all the help!”
“They have a new drop-off kiosk and the employee was super helpful and friendly about it. You can tell it’s a new process that they are likely repeating to people over and over but the dude was nice enough to not be a jerk about it on a weekday an hour before close.
The store is also really big and quite clean. I’d definitely ship my pants here.”
“Had a wonderfully smooth (and fun!) experience here yesterday when I stopped by for a notarization appointment. All three gentlemen working here were extremely helpful, funny, and patient. The notary public who helped me photocopy and notarize my diploma was super thorough and double checked that every element was included. They didn’t even charge me for the colored photocopies! The staff here seem genuinely interested in talking to the customers and making them feel comfortable. I’ll definitely be back again soon!!”

When we use this location, we could show up at 5:30 PM knowing that tomorrow the following morning our package will be where it needs to be.
In our industry, we provide Testing services or most of our clients need the information in a timely manner. We guarantee our clients that they’ll get their results within 2 business days, so having that reassurance that a location like this is on top of their game we truly appreciate!
