I was rear-ended at a stoplight and definitely in shock and all over the place. I was recommended automotive reflections by a friend and took the trip out to Hugo. “Steve is the most customer-oriented shop owner I've ever dealt with. He is so friendly, personable and he will NEVER rip anyone off. Honest & trustworthy to the core. Great value. Fair prices. Sammie is so friendly and helpful too, she's very professional and hardworking. If I could give 10 stars, I would.Steve helped my friend in a pinch a while back. A girlfriend of mine was getting married and her car was in the shop the day before her wedding/honeymoon. The other shop was jerking her around with getting her a loaner car in time. I recommended her to Steve and he got her a loaner car she could take on her honeymoon while Steve replaced her transmission. All with very little notice. You guys rock.
