“I got front driver side damage. They gave a good effort estimate. On fixing it did not look good to them so they had done extra that insurance paid. On final results it looks just like new were I can't tell what they did. Great job. Repair was done in their estimated time.”

Rarely leave reviews, but my experience with the white haired gentleman in parts was one of the more disappointing experiences I've had in a long time.
I went in to pick up an online order that had arrived. Gave him my name and order number and he said I've got nothing here for you and started to get visibly annoyed. Showed him my order confirmation and order number, of which he said was useless to him and told me to call Cummins for a order reference number. Made me feel like a complete idiot, only for him to go back at the dealer will call and eventually find it.
Next, I asked him if he could possibly help me out with ordering bolts I needed, due to my Quickserve account being down and the shop.cummins website not having description. I pulled out my phone to give him the ESN number, only for him to peer over at my phone and see it was for a Ram Cummins 6.7. Rather then giving me the chance to even tell him it was non-Ram specific rod bolts I was after, he proceeded to interrupted me 3 times consecutively saying Ram has to be who helps out out.
Needless to say, not impressed.”

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but I truly had a great experience buying my car at Walser Polar Mazda which I can’t say the same for any other dealership I’ve been to. I came in to test drive a Mazda3 and met with Jeff Kruse. He was very helpful answering any questions I had and didn’t use any high-pressure sales tactics. He respected that I needed some time to think it over before buying. A week later, I contacted him to see if the car was still available and he promptly responded. I came in the next day and met with Jared Bakke who was also very helpful and friendly. He had no issue with me using my own financing when they couldn’t beat my credit union’s rate and didn’t pressure me when I declined any add-ons. He even took me to a nearby parking lot to help me practice starting in first gear and shifting to second (this was my first time buying a manual car). I don’t think I could’ve had a better car-buying experience. This was the first time I visited a dealership and didn’t feel exhausted afterwards or get bombarded with texts/calls/emails. Everyone I interacted with was very helpful and communicative without being pushy. I definitely recommend coming here if you’re looking to buy a car!”
