“Great group of guys, nice family owned business, and they truly care about their customers. What's most impressive to me is their honesty. Honest pricing, honest on what repairs need to be done and when, no upselling, and overall just quality, educated, experienced and true mechanics.
It can be challenging to trust an auto shop to care for your vehicle and trust them with the repairs, pricing, and to do the job well. However, I trust Jeff and the guys at Birchwood and you should too. They are always kind and are very informative with repairs, and are a no-B.S. auto shop. “Was going out west hunting and needed my truck checked out before the trip. They called me and said everything checked out good with a few items, the front suspension was dry, a small leak in my radiator hose, and all fluids were topped off. I asked how much was the charge, they said 20$ I was surprised as nothing is less than 100$ usually. This is the second time I've used them, the first was replacing a motor in my Escalade,. That price was 800$ less than 2 other shops. The mechanics are seasoned and really know their cars, would recommend them to anyone...”

“We have had a few repairs done here now, and they are consistently honest and affordable. When the a/c wasn’t functional, another shop told us we needed a new compressor. We brought the car here instead and turned out the compressor was fine and it was as only an electrical issue which ended up costing a fraction to fix. Same with a potential flywheel issue, was going to be $1200 but they were able to take it apart and clean it and we paid less than $300.”
