They performed a free oil change for me during their annual Salute to Veterans event—and even provided lunch. That alone says a lot about who they are, but the service backs it up. The staff is always extremely friendly and professional. They walk you around your vehicle while it’s on the hoist and show you exactly what they’re looking at.
Both of their shops are unbelievably clean and well-organized—honestly some of the cleanest automotive facilities I’ve ever stepped into. The pride they take in their workspace gives me confidence they’ll take the same level of care with my vehicle.

“This is my fourth Mitsubishi and couldn’t have asked for a better buying experience. After hitting a deer and totaling my 2014 Outlander I went online and looked over their inventory. After finding one I thought would be a good fit, I contacted Wanda, the online sales representative. After test driving it I decided to test drive a newer Outlander and bought that one instead. When I got it home, I had a bit of trepidation because I just felt it was a bit too much car for me. I contacted Wanda again and told her that I would like to purchase the original car, but didn’t know if that was possible. She went right to work and contacted the lender and worked with Sarah their finance person to get it all switched around, with no added fees or penalties!! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would recommend them to anyone! Brian was great as well, no pressure, knowledgeable about the two vehicles I was looking at possibly purchasing.”

“The front desk staff and vehicle mechanics at GP's Minnesota Wholesale are top notch in skill and customer service with a smile. Eight years ago I bought four General tires from this shop. The tires were rated for 50,000 miles, plus had a better than average rating for driving in snow. A few weeks ago, I had an unrepairable gash in a rear tire. Within three hours of having the flat tire in Minneapolis, the GP mechanics in White Bear had me back on the road again. Since I had 47,000 miles on the old tires, staff at GP's recommended a new set of Uniroyals rated for 70,000 miles. (Two employees chose the Uniroyals, which are part of the Michelin brand, for their vehicles so I went with their recommendation.) So far, I am pleased with the new tires and also received a $50 Visa card from Uniroyal in the mail. If a customer has a repairable flat tire, the shop will repair it at no charge.”

Definitely buy from Barnett because you get their Lifetime Powertrain Warranty on new vehicles purchased from them.”

“I was out of town from Chicago and had a flat tire. I panicked and called Jared crying (called a few other tire places and they said they didn't have my tire). He calmed me down and helped me with what I needed to do. They didn't try to sell me anything unnecessary (especially knowing that I was a 6hr drive from home and I was willing to pay whatever it took to get my car driving again) and fixed my tire so I could make it home. Rarely leave reviews, but my experience with the white haired gentleman in parts was one of the more disappointing experiences I've had in a long time.
I went in to pick up an online order that had arrived. Gave him my name and order number and he said I've got nothing here for you and started to get visibly annoyed. Showed him my order confirmation and order number, of which he said was useless to him and told me to call Cummins for a order reference number. Made me feel like a complete idiot, only for him to go back at the dealer will call and eventually find it.
Next, I asked him if he could possibly help me out with ordering bolts I needed, due to my Quickserve account being down and the shop.cummins website not having description. I pulled out my phone to give him the ESN number, only for him to peer over at my phone and see it was for a Ram Cummins 6.7. Rather then giving me the chance to even tell him it was non-Ram specific rod bolts I was after, he proceeded to interrupted me 3 times consecutively saying Ram has to be who helps out out.
Needless to say, not impressed.”
