“My Honda has been accelerating roughly for about a year. I have asked other shops/mechanics to find what is wrong and two others couldn't figure it out. Jake took it for a test drive and agreed something was up. There were no codes triggered, but you could tell it wasn't right. He hooked it up to a diagnostic and did some research. The most common maintenance for the problem didn't cure it, so Jake dug deeper. He ended up finding what the cause was and fixed something pretty minor that could have ended up being major. Thank you for going further than others had and getting the car running right!”

“I had a chronic leak in the RF tire of my Chevy Volt for years. I took it to four different repair shops over time, and each time they said it needed a new valve stem and TPS sender. This never fixed the issue. Finally I brought it to White Bear Tire, and they discovered corrosion in the wheel, surrounding the valve stem. They cleaned that out, and now, months later, there is no leak at all. Thanks guys!”

“I was in a situation where I really needed my truck so of course I had an issue at the last minute with the truck. I took it into the dealer and the service writer, Christopher, who I had worked with before took care of me. He was able to get my truck checked out right away, had the tech put a "band-aid" on the issue until I was able to bring it back in a couple of days later and then got the the issues and a recall taken care of. Everything I needed the truck for got taken care of on schedule because of Christopher. 2 thumbs up!!”

“Bought a slightly used ram in 2022 at possibly the worst market timing possible. Not Barnett's fault. However i live on the west side of town 40 mns from this dealership. I avoided the closest dealership to me due to their service department's utter incompetence. I've been back to Barnett 3 or 4 times mostly for warranty work and have been very satisfied. However i want to call out my last experience. I had my truck towed 40 miles to have warranty work done and when i got it back my passenger side running board was smashed up against the door. Neither the tow company nor Barnett thought they did it however Barnett did fix it at no cost to me which under our current service environment is unheard of. Thanks to Dan and his team in the service area who have made it worth it to buy from a dealership that has an extremely inconenient back and forth for their customer. Can't say enough good things about this level of service. Whether you buy from this dealership or not you should consider having service done here. Outstanding.”
