“Great Local Butcher Shop & Deli! Great selection of reasonably priced meats, BBQ items including wood chips, chunks and pellets alone with nice deli selection and the Sandwiches will blow your mind! Also want to note that it looked like a lot of the products they carry like the sauces & marinades are local products. We were there on a busy Saturday and the staff were amazing. Great attitudes even with being slammed at the time. Everyone was very helpful, attentive and willing to answer all your questions. Worth the drive and we'll definitely be back. They've gained two more devoted fans/customers.”

“5 for customer service. We like to get my grandmother who loves up north food from the unique butchers in the cities for Christmas. We were thinking they would have fresh brats so we could get twoish wrapped together since 5 of 6 is to many to eat for her. Young man said he would break the packages of 6 (mind that I bought all 6) and repack them into twos. Time consuming but then I just ended up buying more from them while I waited so it was definitely a win win.”

“We purchased a 1/4 cow in May and have been extremely pleased that we did so. The steaks all cuts have been excellent and taste wonderful. Extremely lean hamburger not even having to drain after browning and wonderful roasts. I have already recommended them to several friends and family s all that have eaten with us have been impressed.We most certainly will be purchasing from them again and have the bonus add of supporting one of our local farmers”
