“We have used Fairview pharmacy for years. I have 3 kids and they are by far the best pharmacy I've ever used (I lived in 7 different states before MN). They have capable, experienced, people answer the phone and are always helpful.”

“All pay-at-the-pump with the Sam's Club app. Good price usually, and we haven't had any issues with quality. Sometimes the lines can get long, as not all the customers move very efficiently.”

“I was pretty impressed with this Sam club in terms of products and I also love that they cary a wide selection of Hispanic products. They have amazing desserts and queso fresco plus crema mexicana and also bolillos which I was in shock. It's a great place to get some staples and also see what deals they have.”

“I'd like to say how much happier people seem when exiting the store so much more swiftly if you use scan and go on your phone to check your items out. The AI technology scans for items in your cart and hands to match your receipt. All the times I have used this feature, I have never had to stop to for staff to check anything. This AI technology must be very accurate since the staff don't have to look at your receipt and count each item in your cart.

I was expecting to buy a chicken tonight when I visited about 6:00 p.m. There were no rotisserie chickens or anyone in the meat department to ask a question about them. It's possible they stop making them at a certain time since they close at 8:00 p.m. on sundays.

Sam's Club does still need to work on a convenient way for customers to locate staff for questions, instead of having to walk all the way up to the front of the store to find help.”

“I've been to many pharmacies in my life and this one hands down is the best! I'm amazed at how well they juggle being busy while providing excellent customer service and taking phone calls on the first ring. Kudos to the staff you deserve it!”

“A friendly human (!) actually answers, courteous staff and prompt service: I switched from Walgreens, to Cub Pharmacy, and I'm very happy with that decision.”

“I work in this building as a healthcare provider, and if there is a problem with a pharmacy order, the pharmacist will call me right away so that the patient does not have to wait very long. Much better experience than a Walgreens or similar. Prescriptions are generally filled very quickly for both myself and my patients.”

“Wonderful pharmacy. When you don't have time to get your immunizations or flu shot at your clinic, or the money for a doctor's appointment, call this pharmacy. Wonderful staff, and so willing to help you.”

“I have another review of hospital posted 3/2025 under my name Lisa Kasen (this user name is blogger/activist name) and I have been coming to this hospital for over 20 years. While granted I've had less than stellar ER visits and inpatient admits, I'm not always the easiest patient to treat. I presented in ER evening of 4/27/26. after checking in and running to the bathroom where I had been hyperemetically and projectile vomiting in ladies room (sorry to the patients and visitors who that might have effected) for one hour of projectile vomiting upright and the next hour lying on the floor, not being able to move. I had come in as I have a complicated bariatric and general surgery history w/some vomiting blood over the weekend and severe abdominal pain. I'm writing this 2nd review for a reason. My attending Dr. Collins will hopefully will understand my mentioning my first encounter with him was not great in May of 2024. When I saw him though the 2nd time 10 months later he profusely apologized and then when I ended up with him 3x later in 2025 and Monday night he was WONDERFUL all 4 times, just like all the staff from check in after being covered in vomit to nurses and Dr Leone who took over Dr Cousins was amazing, too. My 5 admits last year (my inpatient admits again span over 20 years like my ER visits) the care was great and again I'm not always the easiest patient to deal with and can get frustrated as I'm hard to medicate and am a lightening rod for side effects and complications and after a couple of days w/meds not working NPO, I can be kind of abrasive and out of it, I try as a medical activist to make sure staff still feels safe and comfortable with me. I'm not just writing review as a patient but I am also a medical activist for BOTH patients and physicians and other clinical providers. I am more likely, unknowingly and not intentionally be more difficult when I am in a lot of pain, I'm not saying I never had a physician who could've had a better bedside manner but I do trust the care I get at this hospital. I hope others who see this review and are quick to judge with some of the reviews on here that seem unnecessarily harsh, that maybe wait a little bit, before writing a horrible review , if you left the hospital, in better shape than when you came in and aren't pain riddled. Especially with the pressure physicians and hospitals are under even prior to COVID, I guess it helps for me to look at it, if I'm not capable during an admission that if a provider is not showing a reckless rude and indifference approach to my care, it's usually easier to see the efforts being made to help me, even if provider isn't super kind, once I'm feeling better. But my care on 4/27 and 4/28 from check in staff, nurses and Dr. Collins and Dr. Leone was WONDERFUL and I was slightly out of it (I'm pretty "clinically saavy") where I couldn't advocate for myself and no one gave me a reason to need to do so. I took the time to write a detailed review because I hope to benefit this hospital. But if patients for whatever reason don't care for this one, at least care enough about the hospitals locally you do care about and appreciate their care. You don't have to become a medical activist or physician, clinical staff or first responder ally but don't make things harder for these populations of people, just if one thing rubbed you the wrong way, especially if you're reviewing impulsively and haven't given time to think things through where you possibly could be right the provider was the problem, but such as in my case where I've thought in the past the provider was the problem, but truthfully, I was the problem. Again, thank you so much staff at FUMC-East Bank for your thoroughness in dx/differential and kindness and consideration of my care. Alissa "Lisa" Kasen p.s. I don't know if this post can be forwarded to Dr Leone and Dr Collins and nurses on 2nd shift 4/27 and latenight shift ”

“Marline at the counter was helpful with my RX, it cost $352 a month supply for medical inhaler, we were told to use coupons from manufacturers website to get discount. Sure enough cost went down to $35 a month. Wow that a steep discount! Thanks!!!”

“Our family highly recommend this Walgreens pharmacy location! The North Oaks Walgreens Pharmacy has been a very efficient pharmacy for the five plus years we have been using this convenient location.
Each and every time I stop I am asked if I have any questions just as they are supposed to and it amazes me that never once, no matter how busy they are, has a pharmacy staff member ever failed to ask if I had any questions re the medications.
This location has quite a few friendly and efficient pharmacists and technicians! No matter how busy the drive thru line is, we have consistently been greeted with smiles and a positive demeanor.
I am impressed that several staff have memorized the spelling of my last name and upon recognizing me, they are already pulling up my household account and only have to ask which person(s) I am picking up for.”

“This is 100% the best pharmacy in the area. I have been having health issues recently, and my insurance has been unhelpful, but the pharmacists are incredibly helpful! They have always been quick, caring, and resourceful! They helped me get RX coupons when I needed assistance paying, and they are always kind, making my health care experience much less stressful. I absolutely recommend them, they love what they do and they love helping people.”

“I love this pharmacy! They were 12 minutes until closing time but still filled a difficult prescription for me. I arrived at the drive through 30 seconds before official close time and they helped me all the way through to the end! What a great crew!!!”

“Staff are very kind and easy to work with. Super helpful as well and doesn’t give off any judgement whenever I go out to purchase a large amount of zipper bags. I also like the pharmacy hours, super convenient when I work late nights!”

“I read somewhere in the reviews that a woman was mad that the pharmacy closes for lunch. I hope she was joking because anyone who works a certain amount of hours in a position should be taking a lunch; maybe she doesn't work so she doesn't understand that breaks are not only a requirement, but are also needed. My only issue with this location is they never answer their phone when you try to call them. Otherwise I have no issues with the staff besides one gentleman who must have been fired soon after my encounter with him because I don't see him there anymore. He was just very rude to me and I told another employee about it because he wouldn't come back to speak to me after that. The current staff however, are fine and do their best to keep the line moving quickly and efficiently.”

“I had previously rated this CVS pharmacy poorly. Recently, however, my doctor accidentally called in my prescription to this location. I was annoyed, because I never wanted it to use this pharmacy again. However, the pharmacist working at the time, Dr. Ky, completely exceeded my expectations. He was personable and engaging, and took time to help resolve a problem with my prescription. He also asked me about my vaccinations, and I ended up getting three overdue vaccinations before I left! If I go back to this location, it will just be because of Dr. Ky.”

“Today is Easter Sunday April 5th 2026. I was kicked out of festival foods for bunch of stupid reasons. So..... I came to this establishment. There was a young man that was working in 1 of the aisles. He was (VERY) helpful, friendly, and he gave me service with a smile. I thank him from the bottom of my heart, he made my day!!!”

“Hi, I am writing this review about our experience late last night. We were in an accident and we were able to get our vehicle with the help of a trooper to this Walgreens parking lot while we waited for the tow truck. We had our whole family. my husband, and our 3 kids. We informed the manager on duty that we were waiting for our tow and that we could not sit in our vehicle because no heat, and the weather being very cold, we asked if we could hang out while we waited and stayed warm. They were ABSOLUTLEY AMAZING! Everyone there was extremely helpful. We bought snacks and drinks and sat in the pharmacy area. They were so nice and caring and asked if there was anything they could do. Lilly was the young girl's name that I remember and she was so kind! I just wanted to recognize the humility and kindness that we were shown in the worst night of our lives. Thank you Walgreens employees!”
