“Purchased a gas auger a few weeks ago. The extension wasn't in stock, but became available a week os so later, so they were purchased at different times. Went to use the extension recently and I couldn't get it to fit on the auger. Figured the extension was defective. Brought everything back to Harbor Freight and they ended up getting a new auger bit - something on the old one came defective. Easy resolution and no hassle! Thank you for standing behind your product!!”
