Vicky is awesome everytime we come to bank. She always greets you with a smile. Explains everything perfectly, and very friendly. She has GREAT customer service skills. She deserves a big fat raise. ?

VERY POOR service. Need to make an appointment to see a personal banker. This sometimes can take days!!!
