“The store always has what I need, and they price match which is convenient. I was in on Sunday and had the most positive experience because of two employees (which compelled me to write a public review): Charles and Kyle. Charles was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable - seamlessly helping direct me to where the items I needed were in the store and matching prices for items I found on the TSCo website. Kyle meticulously and patiently helped me load up a cattle panel and t posts in my SUV and was so kind. Both of these folks were 100% customer focused.”

“Love this food for my cats. It’s pricey, but it is all meat-no fillers. I swear my cats eat better than me. I was even able to bring one cat out of diabetes. 3 years later and the vet states there is no sign she ever had it in the first place.”

Could use more selection of cat items (across the board, all categories. Ex. Treats, food {budget brands especially}, toys, etc). Although, it's not just PetSmart that does this. Most brick and mortar pet stores cater to dogs. *Sigh* At least they're cute too!!”

“My mom used to drag me here as a kid, when I totally didn’t love plants- and now I’m coming here as an adult because I want to! I’m so glad Gertens is still around ? such a great selection of healthy and beautiful plants in a calming atmosphere.
I went to Bachmans earlier in the day and they were actually selling a bunch of dying carnivorous plants and had either no idea or didn’t care when I pointed it out- some of these plants were $80. Just crazy!”
