“I was on vacation in Minnesota and blew a brake line while getting a boat out of a lake. Unfortunately it wasn't going to be an easy fix because it was the section between the frame and the fuel tank. I was in a pinch because I needed to leave in 2 days. I called Master Care and explained my situation. They squeezed me in that day but said they couldn't make any promises. I was surprised to get a call just 2-3 hours later to inform me that my truck was done and ready to be picked up. I was nervous about what the bill was going to be, but when they told me what the total was going to be I was thrilled. Couldn't be more happy.”

“We were passing through from out of town when our alternator gave out and we were stuck near Pequot Lakes on a Friday afternoon. We called two nearby mechanics that we found online , one could help us in two weeks the other didn’t answer the phone. Then a Good Samaritan advised us to call Dotty Auto. Jamey called us back and was able to locate the part and he went the extra mile helping us limp the car to his shop when the towing company didn’t answer the phone. Jamey is a problem solver, a skilled mechanic and a man with integrity! From the time I first called until we were back on the road was 90 minutes. My only wish is that we had a mechanic of Jamey’s caliber near where we live. I highly recommend him for any and all your auto repair needs! Thanks again Jamey! We missed the wedding ceremony but made it to the reception and dance and even survived the big storm in Bemidji that night.”
