“I have used Walgreens photo shop at multiple locations for years and have been very pleased. On a recent visit to New Prague, my order was delayed beyond the time it was scheduled due to a machine having gone out of service. Kelly did a great job of customer service by explaining the delay and communicating the order status as she did her best to prioritize my order, as I was there waiting.”
“Sometimes the line is long but they are worth the wait. Always above and beyond helping folks with insurance and prescription information which can take time. I’m very pleased with the service me and my adult daughter gets here.

“Huge thank you to employee Ashlyn Ericksonn working Saturday March 11 at “Little Dukes” check out. My husband and I stopped in for a few things after church. Wouldn’t you know it, neither of us had our wallets. Not a big deal. It wasn’t anything we could live with out. But, Ashlyn, bless her, asked if we had Apple Pay. I only have Venmo. “I have always had great service through the pharmacy. Yesterday, an on call Dr called in a new RX instructing me to start it immediately. The pharmacist noticed there possibly could be interactions between the new RX and my existing RX. I was very impressed he took the time to look into my existing and new RX!! Thank you!!!”

“Out of stock for some things but that just seems to be how it is right now. Staff I engaged with seemed 'out of it' but that's also just a sign of the times. Mostly clean and mostly okay location. Not thrilled this is my local spot but it does the trick when I'm in a pinch. I typically opt to get medicines from other locations or stores if necessary.”

“Pharmacy review-I tried calling to see if my prescription was ready and the voicemail said the pharmacy was closed even though their hours online stated otherwise. I assumed my prescription was not ready then so I figured it would be the next day. I went in the next afternoon and it still wasn't ready and was told to take a seat. Within a minute they had it filled! The tech said that due to staff shortages they had to close early the day before and were closing again tonight. So I'd you're needing your prescription ASAP hopefully they can fill it right away when you arrive.”
“I was just there today and the guy behind the counter was so friendly. He was friendly to everyone. I heard him when I was coming in the door just being awesome with the people in line and then when I got up there, it was the same for me. A couple of weeks ago I had to have a prescription filled and they were so helpful and so informative. I really had a great experience in the pharmacy. I was in there last week and the lady behind the counter was so nice and pleasant and helpful… I’ve had really great customer service in this store.”

“I moved away and I still make the drive to use this pharmacy. The staff here is extra helpful they went the extra mile to help me with a discount on a prescription I use. They always remember me when I come in even though it’s not often and ask me about my life and hobbies.They have a good selection of over the counter meds as well. I will continue to visit this pharmacy they are a welcome site in town.”
