“There is nothing particularly remarkable about this storage company. Getting the unit is easy. Making payments is easy. Moving out is easy. However, where this facility shines is in their customer service. They are honest, and attentive to the needs of their customers. Upon moving out, my refund was issued, and the check was subsequently lost in the mail. I contacted the owner, who by the way, ACTUALLY answers the phone, and they re-issued my check. It takes several weeks, and I did grow frustrated by the delay and even sent an angry text message. I had to eat my words because the re-issued check arrived in the mail the day after I sent my nasty text.
This company is the real deal. You aren't going to get screwed and the process is painless. I would definitely do business with them again. Hayfield, MN”
