“Great to work with. Had an unfortunate event happen where the renter next door to my unit closed the air vent on their climate controlled unit in the winter and the sprinkler system pipes froze and burst. Luckily, I had no significant water damage. They called me right away to inspect my belongings and then they gave me a few months rent for free for my troubles. Definitely will use again if needed.”

“Facilities are built very thoughtfully and are sturdy. Our stored stuff was kept dry for over a year. It was the cleanest storage center I have ever used. Scott is such a pleasure to do business with. He obviously cares very much about his customers and loves his business. “We have rented a storage until from Classic Storage. Our unit was in the NE location. We have used it for over a year. We moved to Minnesota from another state and needed a safe place to store our belongings until we purchase a home. Finally in November we found a house we love. We no longer needed a storage unit. The owner is very nice. The prices are great. The storage unit was clean when we received it. We left it clean when we left it. Over the time not much dust accumulated in the storage unit. We were concerned how it will be with all the snow fall we have had and melting of the snow, and rain. We checked on the unit from time to time to see if water got inside, it never did! It stayed dry inside. Our belongings were kept safe. I was concerned about mice or spiders, or other bugs There was no mice. There were no spider webs. The unit remained closed most of the time. Our furniture and things were in great condition when we took them out. These are well built storage units! Would highly recommend! If we ever need a storage unit again, we would go to Classic Storage again!”

“This was a great overnight stop near Rochester. The park is smaller, but very clean. We were in a pull through that appears to be in the newer section of the park. There aren't a lot of trees like the older section, but it was fine. They had a large grassy area to walk your dogs which was great. I would stay here again or recommend to others.”

It has a nice location, great layout with many options to choose from, excellent lighting and uses a great security system. “Been going here since '93 I will never forget 28 yrs. ago the owner tought me how to correctly wash my car. Always use the low pressure soap to start as it way better soap. Night and day. Hes the only one sense that time that always has his systems filled. Accept the other day first time in 28 yrs. low pressure soap was out ? Oh well usually other places dont have anything lucky too get water ?”

It was a wonderful first impression!When it came to the move itself, the crew we had was amazing!! I can't speak highly enough of them! They were efficient, friendly, professional and I would hire them again in a minute! They helped us move on the hottest day of the year yet and they did not complain once! They maintained a cheerful demeanor and helpful attitude. It was just wonderful!
