Wanna give a huge shout out to Isabel and Taylor as well due to them spending the extra time to make sure the issues I was having with my card and my new card were working properly. These two always seem to have friendly and smiling faces that are a pleasure to talk to and joke with.”

“I like using this bank for my personal accounts. The only issue I have is that the change rolls we get for the business I work at are always taped up. The tape makes it difficult for me and my coworkers to unravel the rolls and takes up more time than necessary to do so. I would be very appreciative if there was a way for you guys to have tape-free change rolls like you used to, but I also understand if it's out of your jurisdiction.”
