“It's hard to describe just how pleasant these people are.. Brought my little brother's first deer in and I have never brought a deer in for processing. I wish I could remember the woman's name who helped me, she was patient and walked me through it. Kurt, one of the butchers, is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. He was excited for my little brother, even tho there wasn'tmuch meat. He even sent my brother home with a little swag to celebrate his first harvest! Knaus's has something many businesses don't. Thats the part I'm not sure how to describe, but I do know that it made me want to bring all of my business here. The prices may seem a little high at first, but the quality you will get back is unbelievable.”

“Just tried your original flavor beef jerky strips, I bought at Cenex in Litchfield. I used to love the slim jim beef jerky strips which you can no longer buy. These jerky strips taste almost identical to the slim jim strips but I'd say they taste even better! I'll definitely be buying these on a regular basis, great job!!”
