Knaus Sausage House Inc. is a very good, family-owned shop and meat market known for over 65 years. The business provides friendly and pleasant service, with patient and excited staff who offer helpful guidance. Customers are impressed by the amazing smells of cured and smoked meats upon entering. The shop offers a good variety of excellent, tasty, and delicious products. These include superb venison sausage, tender smoked pork chops, savory jalapeno pork chops, and heat and eat roast beef. Their old fashioned beef jerky is described as super fresh, flavorful, and to die for, with a nice selection. The shop also has treats for dogs. While prices may seem a little high at first, the unbelievable quality makes customers want to bring all their business there. The experience makes people glad they stopped and ensures they will definitely return again.
Great local meats - burgers, brats, cut of your choice, large cuts and many specialty items such as delicious headcheese, jerky, soups,, etc. I stop in most every time I drive through. My favorite is the mango habanero brats!
