“I took a Girl Scout troop of 7th graders for self defense class here. The kids thought they were going to be bored and were too cool for the class, but the kids had an absolute blast. The facilitators were so awesome. The training was very inclusive, respectful, but also entertaining. The facilitators were very good at keeping the kids engaged and motivated. Definitely a great choice for group events!”
“Trinity Auto in White Bear Lake is the real deal.
They performed a free oil change for me during their annual Salute to Veterans event—and even provided lunch. That alone says a lot about who they are, but the service backs it up. The staff is always extremely friendly and professional. They walk you around your vehicle while it’s on the hoist and show you exactly what they’re looking at.
Both of their shops are unbelievably clean and well-organized—honestly some of the cleanest automotive facilities I’ve ever stepped into. The pride they take in their workspace gives me confidence they’ll take the same level of care with my vehicle.

They're very competent in terms of understanding cars and the customer. They diagnosed the issue correctly, presented the repair options correctly, and fixed the problem correctly in a timely fashion for a reasonable price.
Will come again when I don't have time or means to fix the problem myself.”

I've gone to Metric for everything from quick, affordable oil changes to check-engine light evaluation and engine repair. I have brought our Volkswagen Passat, VW Atlas, and a vintage BMW to Metric. The shop is clean and they explain work that need to be done clearly and professionally. Going to the dealership is great when your vehicle is covered under the warranty but for anything after that expires, go to Metric!”

I usually drop mine off and wait for him to call but they do have a sitting area where you can wait, but generally if you're going to wait they want you there at 7:00 a.m. it's near the Target in Oakdale right behind it actually. You enter through the side door.”
