“I needed some composite decking - bought the whole project worth at the big green store. I should have known as I was loading but I thought I can work with it and I was on a deadline and I had already rented the trailer. Got it home and it was evident this product was in such horrible shape it wasn't going to work. What now - deadline looming. I checked with other big box stores - not enough inventory for my project, other lumberyards - you're not a contractor too bad - no answer - answer then ghost me, THEN I tried Glenbrook. From the immediate response to my online inquiry to the follow up with Mark Elbert it was fantastic! Mark gave me options on colors and quality of product, helped ensure I had the right amount of product, the right amount of hardware and had it delivered two days later for less than what the trailer cost me.The delivery was placed on the side of my driveway, was neatly wrapped and protected - the boards had good support which made installation a breeze.I paid more than the big box but it was worth every penny!! They will be my go to for future lumber needs.”
