Excellent service and good selection. The salesman is very helpful and knowledgeable, explaining each features of the windows and helpful in decision making. Items ordered, hard to find, ready for pick up the next day. You'll never get this kind of service at a big box store. Easy to work with and very helpful. The sales is excellent and the model selection is good.

Lampert carries quality name brands but their customer service is terrible. The front desk staff have been extremely short and rude both times we came in for a quote on different materials. Unfortunately, we won't be using them again.

This review is about 14 years too late but Lake Elmo Lampert's donated me all of the lumber needed for my Eagle Scout project (outdoor staircase) at Township Park in White Bear Township. It has held up great. I hope that their customer service is still excellent here in 2025.
